Regardless of whether you play a fiddle or violin, you owe it to yourself to attend this new five-day workshop at GLLKAs award winning lighthouse in beautiful St. Helena Island, seven miles west of the Mackinac Bridge.

Workshop leader Dan Seabolt is a member of the Folk Alliance Music Organization. He began playing when he was fourteen and is expert with many traditional genres such as Celtic, bluegrass, Gypsy and Old Timey music. Dan tours with Ruth and Max Bloomquist and is a member of the groups Free Wheelin' and The Oat Bran Boys. He has also recorded and played at many summer festivals throughout Michigan and beyond.

Cost for this workshop for each participant is $560 and includes a room in one of the beautifully restored bedrooms in the beautifully restored lighthouse, all meals, snacks, beverages, consumables and transportation.
